- Welcome to the place where I post new work nearly every day....or at least whenever I feel I produced something worth looking at. Though I work at art as a living and try my best to be in the studio every day hard at it, that doesn't mean I produce a painting every day. In the past I painted only large pieces which take much longer to do (you can see them by going to my website listed below) but as of 2010 I've made an effort to also produce very small 'daily paintings'and get them out there in cyberspace for a very reasonable price. This new direction has made me look at painting and commerce in a whole new way. And it has made me have to think differently about subject matter and style. All in all I like what it has done to my art though I still feel the need to paint in a larger format sometimes. So if I don't post a daily painting here everyday it means I'm working on something big..really big! Or maybe I'm just playing hooky! I have a wife, four children, a dog, cats, wild rabbits and a good sense of humor!
