There was a sense of style in the 50's that played off of the space race and sputnik and things like that. (if you don't know what Sputnik was, that just means you're not old). Personally I liked it and still do. A lot of flair! Cars had wings and angles. And chrome was king! Signs too, had lots of flair. This is a classic.
Another great sign painting. Love how you made that diagonal arrow a (nearly) horizontal.
