This is the same hen as below in a different pose. I like the warm tones here.
My old Grandmother was a collector of all things chickenish (is that a word?)
She had chicken pictures, chicken plates ,chicken cups, little ceramic chickens, chickens on her apron....in fact... she sorta looked like a hen with glasses...same little beak of a nose...round body ...skinny legs... in a good way though. Sorry Gramma!
I think it would be wonderful to see a painting of your grandma, with the her chickeness..

ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment.It made me think back to childhood days in Gramma's kitchen watching her prepare coffee or tea in her apron and costume jewelry. Grampa had a comical way of sometimes wearing one of her an aprons too!
